Barrister Zopash Khan is a seasoned advocate with over a decade of legal practice, having appeared in more than 180 reported and unreported cases before the Islamabad High Court. His expertise spans service, labour, tax, and corporate matters.
As Co-Chair of the International Dispute Resolution Institute (IDI) he has been at the forefront of promoting mediation and arbitration in Pakistan and internationally. Accredited as a mediator with the Society of Mediators (UK), he combines international best practices with regional insights to strengthen ADR mechanisms.
Through his leadership, Barrister Khan has advanced legal education, policy dialogue, and institutional frameworks to embed ADR as a primary method of dispute resolution.
