Meline Nurijanyan is the Co-Founder of Resolve Academy, an institution dedicated to fostering excellence in dispute resolution through education, training, and professional development. Through her leadership, Resolve Academy has become a platform for advancing alternative dispute resolution (ADR) practices and promoting access to high-quality legal education.

In addition to her work with the Academy, Meline serves as the Secretary General and Deputy Chair of the Arbitration Court of Arbitration LLC, where she plays a key role in overseeing case management and procedural compliance.

Meline is also a certified mediator since 2024, expanding her role in promoting effective, out-of-court resolution methods. Since 2022, she has been an active member of the Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution Commission at ICC Armenia, contributing her expertise to support the development of ADR mechanisms in the region.
