With a wealth of experience spanning nearly two decades in the international sale of goods and manufacturing sector, Dr. Navin G. Ahuja is a distinguished mediator specializing in both domestic and international commercial disputes. His areas of expertise encompass a broad spectrum, including the sale of goods, distribution, import and export, services, licensing, intellectual property, data privacy, franchise, and property matters.

Dr. Ahuja holds a law degree and a Master’s specializing in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), complemented by his Doctorate focusing on International Dispute Resolution. Accredited as a mediator since 2013, he further honed his skills by completing the Advanced Mediation Masterclass Course in 2015. His passion for mediation extends beyond practice; he has successfully guided aspiring mediators - lawyers, law students, and professionals from various fields - through the accreditation process.

Navin's commitment to excellence is evident through his role as a judge in various ADR moots and his success in coaching teams to achieve outstanding results. As an accredited tribunal secretary and empanelled arbitrator, he brings a comprehensive understanding of the arbitration landscape to his mediation practice.

An accomplished author, Navin wrote “Taming the Guerrilla in International Commercial Arbitration: Levelling the Playing Field”, which has garnered praise from leading academics and practitioners in the field. He also contributes to the discourse in alternative dispute resolution as a member of the editorial board for the International Arbitration Law Review, and through numerous guest lectures and publications on ADR and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
