Percy Yung

Mediator & Arbitrator

Percy is a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) and HKMAAL accredited mediator.  He is also a Fellow of Asian Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution (FAIADR).  With his non-lawyer background, Percy is able to facilitate parties to settle dispute through communication skill, project management skill, and understanding difference between parties. 

Percy provided pro-bono mediation services to the Judiciary of Hong Kong.  He coached postgraduate students in ICC Mediation Competition.  He also regularly acted as arbitrator for Willem C. Vis East International Commercial Arbitration Moot (Vis East Moot).

Percy earned LLM in Arbitration and Dispute Resolution at the City University of Hong Kong.  He is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.  He is also conversant in basic German.
