Fuhua 'Roger' Ni is the Founding and Managing Partner of Shanghai Zhenchen Law Firm, where he specializes in international dispute resolution, business law, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR). Roger holds advanced legal degrees from Emory University School of Law and East China Normal University, and he is licensed to practice law in China.

He is a recognized expert in CISG (Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods) and Chinese contract law, and has extensive experience in international arbitration and mediation. As a Fellow of several prestigious organizations, including the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and the Prime Dispute Arbitration and Mediation Institute, he is actively involved in the global ADR community.

Roger is a highly experienced mediator and arbitrator, serving on the panels of leading international arbitration institutions such as the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), the Maldives International Arbitration Center, and the Vietnam Traders Arbitration Centre (VTA).
​
He is an advocate for the development of international mediation, having introduced the IMI international mediator training program to China. Roger is currently the exclusive regional representative of the International Mediation Campus (IMC) for China, Hong Kong, and Macau.
