Secy is an accredited mediator by HKMAAL and CEDR. Secy works with parties from many different cultures and backgrounds in business negotiation and mediation.

 

Secy is a qualified lawyer in the Hong Kong SAR and she is also qualified for legal practice in the Greater Bay Area of the People’s Republic of China. She holds both a bachelor English law degree and a master Chinese law degree.

 

She has experience of a range of dispute matters, including multi-jurisdictional and cross border litigation, board room and shareholders disputes, investigations and contentious regulatory / compliance matters commenced by one or more regulatory authorities, family disputes / (contentious) probate and administration matters, defamation disputes, commercial fraud and tracing claims, etc.

 

A humanitarian to her core, Secy dedicates herself to missions that champion basic human rights: access to education, medical treatment, and gender equality. She has been a passionate supporter of various charitable organizations globally for the past two decades.
