Surinder Kumar Kalra is a highly experienced mediator with over 43 years of practice in the field, having successfully conducted more than 2,000 mediations. His extensive expertise is recognized through his accreditations from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Delhi Dispute Resolution Society. Surinder is also affiliated with several prestigious organizations, including the Indian Council of Arbitration, the National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission, the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the Construction Industry Arbitration Council. His international connections include the Mediation and Arbitration Centre of Mauritius and various arbitration centers throughout Mongolia, Bangladesh, and other regions.

Surinder’s mediation expertise spans a diverse range of sectors. He specializes in Environment, Social & Governance (ESG) issues, Sharia Financing, Aviation, Banking, Construction, Corporate matters, and Employment disputes. Additionally, he is adept in emerging areas such as Smart Contracts, Forensic Accounting, and Asset Valuation.
