Daniel Brantes Ferreira

Daniel Brantes Ferreira holds a Ph.D. in Law and is the founding partner of DBFLaw. He serves as Editor-in-Chief of the Brazilian Journal of Alternative Dispute Resolution (RBADR) and Co-Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Law in Changing World (IJLCW). A leading author and researcher in the field of dispute resolution, Daniel is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb). He is a licensed lawyer and accountant in Brazil, with extensive experience in both domestic and international ADR proceedings.
