Gordon Kwok

Gordon is a legally trained NEC contract expert, a trained negotiator, a practising commercial mediator and an accredited adjudicator in the United Kingdom. He is an official trainer for NEC Project Manager and Supervisor Accreditation in both the UK and Hong Kong, and is a frequent speaker for various NEC related events in the UK and APAC regions. Gordon has been advising contract issues for various civil engineering and infrastructure projects using NEC over the last 15 years. He also provides mediation training for the Society of Mediators in the UK, and carries out commercial mediations both in the UK and Hong Kong.

He serves as an accredited mediator in Mediation Chambers and the Society of Mediators in the United Kingdom, an accredited adjudicator in UK Adjudicators in the United Kingdom, and an arbitrator for the Business Arbitration Services Panel of CIArb(EAB) in Hong Kong and the United Kingdom. He is a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (East Asia Branch) (FCIArb) in Hong Kong, a Member of Institution of Civil Engineers (MICE) in United Kingdom and a Member of Hong Kong Institute of Engineers (MHKIE) in Hong Kong.
