Tina Patterson

Tina is an International mediator and arbitrator with 24 years of dispute resolution experience and 350+ completed cases across financial services, technology, intellectual property, and complex commercial matters. She is an IMI Certified Mediator and CEDR Accredited Mediator, with extensive experience in facilitative and evaluative approaches. Tina specialises in FinTech, technology and commercial disputes. Her practice encompasses payment systems, digital financial services, software licensing, IP disputes and complex international commercial arbitration accross MENA, Africa and Asia-Pacific corridors.

Founder and Principal of Jade Solutions LLC, a woman-owned ADR and management consulting firm.

Tina brings 18 years of financial technology expertise from Airlines Reporting Corporation and Sabre Holdings, where she led payment systems architecture and product management for global platforms processing billions of dollars annually.

She has active panel memberships across international institutions, including WIPO, DIAC, IICRA New Era ADR, FINRA CPR (Distinguished Neutral),  and SCCA and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb). She is an experienced international facilitator, including engagements with Greenpeace International.

As well as being a native English speaker she is also fluent in Spanish, French, Portuguese and arabic.
